Executive Director, St. Louis Alumni Association

The Saint Louis Alumni Association (SLAA) is seeking an Executive Director.  The position encourages engagement and interaction of all alumni of St. Louis School in activities and programs beneficial to the Crusader Brotherhood and to St. Louis School.  The Executive Director must possess a tireless and relentless alumni relations vision to develop and attract participation in alumni programs, while successfully managing the day-to-day and future affairs of SLAA.

Qualifications:  Graduate of St Louis School preferred (Including St. Louis College/St. Louis High School); Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Advanced degree desirable), 3 consecutive years membership in the SLAA; strong interpersonal skills, verifiable through past experiences, with proficiency in public speaking and the ability to champion SLAA and St. Louis School; skilled in the use of personal computers, related software applications, data management, multi-media and social media and platforms and sites; experience in business management, preferably in senior leadership; working knowledge of Human Resources rules and compliance; must possess financial and accounting ability required to oversee SLAA funds and accounts; managerial understanding of bar, catering, banquet services and overall facilities.
